We are on a mission to persuade more people to eat the high-quality, ethically reared and incredibly delicious NIFQA lamb.  That’s why we created The Lamb Van, an agri-business that sells fresh lamb cuts and direct from the farm and run a pop-up kitchen made from our converted horsebox, serving up contemporary streetfood made with our pasture-raised lamb.  Our products show just how flexible, convenient, easy to cook and tasty lamb is. It’s not just for Easter or a celebratory roast – it’s a wonderful ingredient that can be served any night of the week!
